GLAUR organizes courses and seminars on different topics related to applied linguistics, foreign language learning and teaching, vocabulary acquisition, vocabulary assessment, learner corpus, gender and language education, bilingualism and multilingualism, and CLIL.
We also contribute to the transfer of knowledge to education and society by means of
- the selection and design of language teaching materials, textbooks, blogs, webs and tests,
- the assessment of foreign language learners’ competence,
- language teachers’ needs analysis and proposals for language teaching improvement,
- translations of language learning and teaching documents, and
language teachers’ training: courses in schools and in language training teachers’ centres (CAPs and CEPS).
